At Yugratna Jewels, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

Return Eligibility

* Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
* Returns are applicable only in cases of defective or damaged products.
* Products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return.
* The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories and tags, if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product
* Photos/videos of the packaging, if the package was damaged during delivery
Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange the appropriate resolution.

Important Note

Returns requested after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted. Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
